As an FP&A Business Partner at Unilever, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team responsible for driving category growth and profitability. You will serve as the primary business partner for the Latam CFO and CEO, providing critical financial insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partner: Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver ad-hoc financial analysis, presentations, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Performance Management: Consolidate monthly Latam P&L forecasts, define, and monitor key business KPIs to drive performance.
  • Finance Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to develop robust financial business models, P&L analysis, and Return on Investment evaluations.
  • Reporting: Manage financial systems, reporting actuals and forecasts to regional and global leadership teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
