• Verify and grade podcast and radio airchecks against provided scripts and client compliance
• Send weekly aircheck reports to account directors and campaign managers
• Upload aircheck request documents to the vendor database
• Work with the media team to confirm missing aircheck receipts with networks
• Accurately label reasons for missing airchecks on the vendor database
• Promptly notify the media team and accounts team of discrepancies between booked and cleared media schedules based on aircheck data
• Fully document shows that ran based on post-logs using the radio airchecks toolkit
• Flag any auto-grading errors to vendors
• Manage internal and client-facing toolkits to ensure automation is operating correctly
• Add airchecks sent by email to Dropbox and current sheets

• Previous experience in quality control of mass media
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
