**About the Role**:

The Procurement Team is seeking a motivated individual to assist with contract management and project coordination. This role provides visibility and interaction with stakeholders across the company and plays a crucial part in improving the submission, tracking, and documentation of contracts. The Specialist will support contract renewals, maintain the contract database, and facilitate contract negotiations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Utilize Docusign, Google Workspace, and Cobblestone (contract management tool) to update systems with the latest contract versions, including notes and attachments.

Develop and maintain a procedure to notify the Procurement Team of upcoming contract deadlines.

Partner with the Procurement Team to identify redundant contracts and streamline vendors.

Propose and implement process enhancements across procurement and other departments.

Manage repetitive tasks efficiently while documenting progress and highlighting outstanding items.

**Required Skills**:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities for scheduling, managing deadlines, and creating project plans.

Experience in streamlining repetitive tasks and steps.

Familiarity with process documentation and ability to suggest ways to shorten processes.

**Preferred Experience**:

Previous experience in contract management or project coordination.

Knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Cobblestone) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
