We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical System Designer to join our team at ICON Plc. As a Clinical System Designer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our Patient Platform, working closely with our project teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Patient Platform components directly from interpretation of low to medium complexity clinical trial protocols.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials, including the development of high-level system requirements documents.
- Perform quality control peer reviews of database-related specifications and record comments appropriately.
- Lead specification review meetings and obtain required approvals for the release of system components to the live/production environment.
- Assist in assessing impacts of post-production database-related changes and compile change management documentation for review by project team leads.
- Experience in working within the Clinical Trial Industry.
- Familiarity with Clinical Systems.
- Leadership skills, including the ability to assist team members and contribute to a culture of process improvement.
- Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Interpersonal skills, including good written and oral communication and presentation skills.
