About the Role:

As a Senior Cloud Security Consultant at Cloudflare, you will be the technical lead for deploying solutions to attain Zero Trust/SASE. You will oversee and support technical implementation tasks for new and existing customers, ensuring they understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and additional products for existing customers
  • Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers
  • Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products
  • Advise on technical best practices
  • Provide customers with clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all Cloudflare products
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations
  • Contribute towards the success of the organization through knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a technical implementation or onboarding team, security engineering team, security operations center or other highly technical team
  • Deep understanding of how the internet works, including internet and security technologies, layers and protocols of the OSI model, and security aspects of an internet property
  • Demonstrated experience with software distribution, SSO, ADFS, LDAP, and SAML
  • Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, driven, and passionate about technology and customer success
