We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Hsbc. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will be responsible for managing regulatory relationships, identifying and overseeing regulatory compliance developments, and supporting the Group in addressing regulatory change.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a subject matter expert in regulatory engagement, ensuring full oversight of regulator relationships globally/regionally/country.
- Support the delivery of Regulatory Affairs strategic projects and contribute to the formalization and maintenance of the Compliance portfolio of regulatory development and change themes.
- Proactively support engagement and consultation responses in relation to material regulatory developments, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Perform follow-up and provide support on the implementation of regulatory changes.
**Requirements**
- Deep understanding of regulators globally and their agenda/approach.
- Regulation globally as applicable to a global systemically important financial institution.
