Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technology to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Main Responsibilities- Facilitate Collaboration: Utilize BIM to facilitate advanced collaboration between project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- BIM Model Management: Ensure the quality and integrity of BIM models meet Kiewit's standards, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all project stages.
- BIM Workflows and Standards: Develop and implement BIM workflows, standards, and protocols to enhance efficiency and productivity within our project teams.
- Training and Support: Provide expert training and support to project teams on the effective use of BIM software and best practices.
- BIM Submissions and Clash Detection: Manage BIM submissions, clash detection, and coordination with subcontractors and external consultants to minimize delays and errors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
- BIM Software Skills: Proficient in using BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
