Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the minimum qualifications for a paraprofessional, which include one of the following: a minimum of 60 college credit hours, an Associate's Degree, or a Paraprofessional certificate. Additionally, you must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude toward young children, and a good grasp of spoken and written language. Work Environment The work environment for this role is a school setting, where you will be required to stand, walk, sit, and perform other physical tasks as needed. You must be physically capable of frequently lifting or moving up to 40 pounds and have specific vision requirements, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Pay Grade This role is classified as Pay Grade 103/104 (Education Based). Important Note This job description is not exhaustive and is subject to change.
