About the Role

The SAP Business One Team is now fully regional, with a team of around 13 people working together across all of Latin America. We are a high-performance team that loves the product and believes in the digital transformation we can achieve in small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and generate leads for SAP Business One in Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Assist with various operational tasks, such as:
    • Reporting using SAP systems, such as CRM and Excel.
    • Follow-up on lead management reports, issues, and communications with the team and different stakeholders.
    • Update, validate, and analyze information in the systems.
    • Control execution of demand generation plans with partners.
    • Upload leads in system.
    • Work closely with the sales team (CSM).

Requirements

  • Studying Marketing, graphic design, or a creative career (must still be in academic classes studying).
  • Spanish or English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, structured, process-oriented.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box mindset.
  • High commitment to deadlines and quality.
  • Goal-oriented person.
