Job Description
The Global Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Leading a high-performance sales team to achieve sales targets
- Establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring sales team members are aware
- Performing research and identifying new potential customers and market opportunities
- Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Experience in the metal mechanic industry
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytic skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
