Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality database solutions using SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design database structures.
  • Optimize database systems for performance efficiency.
  • Implement data protection and security measures in line with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
  • Assist in the development of scalable and robust systems within the Payer domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting improvements to database design and development processes.

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong foundation in SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience in the Payer domain is required.
