CSC Solutions is a renowned provider of bilingual contact center services, distinguished by our unwavering commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and bilingual Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Guadalajara.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage applicant tracking systems, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new team members.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing prompt and professional support to foster a positive work environment.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, driving individual and team performance.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Collaborate with management to administer and communicate company benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal company policies, maintaining a proactive approach to mitigate potential risks and maintain a positive employer brand.
  • Reporting: Generate HR-related reports as needed, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions and optimize HR processes.
  • Event Management: Organize and oversee internal events, including team-building activities and office celebrations, promoting a culture of collaboration and camaraderie.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations, with the ability to adapt to changing legislation and industry developments.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming a monthly salary of $15,000 - $20,000.
