- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate new data sources and automate workflows in Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analytics.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate current processes and implement process and system enhancements.
- Support the implementation of new applications/systems focused on optimizing resources and driving business efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative ideas to improve business processes and data visualization.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations or business analytics role.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx, with experience in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with quantitative, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
