Job Summary

The MIS Coordinator will oversee the comprehensive functionality of the Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) used in all manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes of the plant. This role requires a strong background in engineering, software development, and test systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the MIS team in ensuring the effective operation of MIS systems.
  2. Develop and implement advanced software applications for manufacturing processes.
  3. Collaborate with the RAM team to increase their knowledge of MIS systems.
  4. Promote innovation and creativity to improve safety, quality, productivity, and employee experience.
  5. Evaluate the progression of the MIS team and manage equipment and applications.
  6. Interact with alternative system solutions and lead the development of technological pokayoke.
  7. Responsible for electrical and functional tests.
  8. Participate in compliance with the QMS and safety rules.
  9. Identify and report quality and compliance issues.
