Concierge and Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concierge and Housekeeping Professional to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. As a key member of our concierge and housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of their requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading their items in a safe manner.
  • Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of all laundry and dry cleaning services.
  • Coordinate repairs and pick-ups for delivery when completed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
