In this role, you will:
Define strategies and inspection plans
- Ensure processes are respected
- Optimize change management processes
- Define, implement and ensure documentation and compliance with metrics and reports
- Ensure the flow of non-conforming material
- Lead new improvement projects
- Participate in standardization and production control strategies
- Implement mechanisms to ensure conformity of products and processes, in accordance with established standards and regulations.
You will contribute to the analysis of non-conformities reported by clients, ensuring PSS activity, closing all actions and avoiding recurrence.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in a quality function (aerospace, automotive, manufacturing or electrical industry)
- Bachelor's/Professional Engineering in Aeronautics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Intermediate English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Problem solving skills, management of continuous improvement tools, as well as quality tools
- Knowledge and handling of measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and GD&T.
