About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Automation Expert to join our team at NTT DATA Services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Azure cloud platforms, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in deploying and managing tools such as GitOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and Azure DevOps. Additionally, they should have experience coding in Python, TypeScript, or Golang, as well as scripting in bash or PowerShell.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing automation strategies for onboarding new developers to Azure DevOps;
- Supporting other automation efforts for ADO, JFrog, Sonar, and internal tools;
- Running data migration scripts and monitoring performance and outcomes;
- Collaborating with app teams to assist with UAT processes;
- Engaging in post-migration support and troubleshooting for app teams;
- Assisting in resolving app team issues related to DevOps toolsets and deployment capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Azure cloud platforms;
- 2+ years of experience deploying and managing tools such as GitOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and Azure DevOps;
- 1+ year of experience coding in Python, TypeScript, or Golang;
- 1+ year of scripting experience in bash or PowerShell;
- 4+ years of networking experience (security, DNS, VPN, cloud, load balancing);
- 4+ years of systems administration experience with at least one operating system (Linux or Windows).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with serverless or container-based architecture;
- Infrastructure as code (IAC) experience;
- Able to autonomously contribute to cloud and application orchestration code and actively involved in peer reviews;
- Advance networking skills (tcpdump, network flow security analysis, collecting and understanding metrics between microservices);
- Familiarity with advanced authentication technologies (federated auth, SSO).
