The Project Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for planning and executing productivity projects. This role involves developing and implementing project ideas, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues that arise, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluating project performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate project feasibility and develop a project plan
  • Establish deadlines and monitor project progress
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and communicate project updates
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, or equivalent degree
  • Project Management experience and knowledge of product design or project procedures
  • Proven results leading cost-out projects
  • 4 or more years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus
