Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Flextronics - The Flex Company. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements within the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and experience in electronic manufacturing environments. They will be responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and implement training programs for quality control activities
  • Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience as NPI QE in electronic manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience in NPI
  • Technical knowledge of soft tool
  • Problem-solving expert (8D, 5Why, Process mapping, Ishikawa diagram)
  • Expert in creation and design of P-FMEA and control plan
