As a key member of the Adlook team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic business relationships with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the sales lifecycle through technical expertise and problem-solving skills;
• Maintain and expand the regional client portfolio, serving as a strategic advisor to facilitate problem-solving conversations and deliver exceptional client services;
• Provide innovative solutions that meet clients' needs and business goals;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with professionalism and efficiency;
• Lead key client meetings and quarterly business reviews;
• Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally;
• Engage in product development by analyzing requirements for creating a product that addresses clients' business objectives;
• Deliver high-level account support and reporting progress against goals to management;
• Communicate effectively with other functional leaders to solve business challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization;
• Define best practices for client onboarding, interactions, and growth tactics.

**Requirements:**

• 6+ years of experience in adtech (ideally in programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, data provider)
• Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts
• Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions;
• Strong technical and commercial acumen;
• Experience with complex tech solutions and problem-solving (ideally in a SaaS company);
• Analytical skills;
• Strong management skills;
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team, and industry groups;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others;
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills;
• Advanced English is a must.
