We're seeking a skilled Revenue Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will collaborate closely with revenue accounting specialists to ensure accurate and timely general and technical accounting execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic, positive attitude, high aptitude, and intellectual curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer shipments and debit claims in accordance with established procedures
- Monitor distribution channel activity and manage relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Marketing, and Sales, to facilitate rebate and royalty accruals
- Analyze customer rebate claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to contracts; tasks include reviewing claims, processing payments, and calculating monthly accruals
- Support external auditors as needed
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
