About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Experienced Paint Shop Manager responsible for overseeing paint shop operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. You will develop and implement process improvements to enhance paint shop efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring the quality and aesthetics of painted vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all paint shop operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance paint shop efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure the quality and aesthetics of painted vehicles, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Detailed knowledge of painted vehicle quality and aesthetics, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Advanced Oral English language skills, with Native Spanish fluency.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers a competitive salary package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative organization.
