Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with ZF CVS project management standards and quality standards.
- Translate customer requirements into ZF CVS project management processes, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage project expenses, maximize financial contribution, and identify opportunities for financial claims.
- Contribute to OP planning, achieve productivity targets, and identify means to fill gaps.
- Initiate and own financial recovery plans in case of deviations from OP.
- Meet critical deadlines for customer reimbursements and proactively identify opportunities for financial claims.
- Anticipate and manage project risks, apply problem-solving methods, and hold team members accountable for problem resolution.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders' interests.
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a Business/Management degree.
- Above 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Project Management in the Automotive Industry.
- Knowledge of Project Management standards and systems (PLM, Planisware, C-Place).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Project Management Expertise (Project planning, Controlling & Monitoring, Risk Assessment, Change Request Management, Quality Management).
- Entrepreneurial Competencies (Customer orientation, power of decision, dealing with complexity).
- Leadership (Teamwork, Embracing Change and Innovation, Results orientation).
- Social & Interpersonal Competencies (Communication, Building relationships, Conflict Management).
