Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager to join our team. As a Tender Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the internal group logistics and leading the outside group logistics (3rd parties) to ensure the successful execution of our tender process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the internal group logistics to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Lead the outside group logistics (3rd parties) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Calculate the costing of required customer solutions and seek internal approvals for each solution.
- Analyze market trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including commercial teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in a procurement or supply chain role.
- Experience in project or finance management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Quality focus and commitment to delivering results.
