Key Responsibilities- Monitor the health of production platforms to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate problem resolution through L2 and L3 support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues that may be causing technical problems.
- Manage operational change control to ensure that changes to production platforms are properly planned, executed, and documented.
- Report metrics to stakeholders, providing insights into the performance of CISO solutions.
- Represent CISO for regulatory reviews, ensuring that Citi's solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring that Citi's solutions are aligned with the latest regulatory standards.
- Collect and present audit evidence to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of global CISO solutions, ensuring that they are properly integrated into Citi's operations.
- Act as a point of contact for regional businesses, providing guidance and support on CISO solutions.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in information security and compliance.
- Proven experience with scripting and programming languages.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various analytical groups and service delivery organizations.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
