About the Role

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements through data-driven recommendations and collaborating with teams across the organization to find optimal strategic recommendations for marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and measure initiatives while quickly adapting to changes in priorities.
  • Collaborate with peers to design and implement multichannel and customer-centric digital campaigns.
  • Analyze, measure, and report data-driven insights in collaboration with data teams.
  • Supervise and manage end-to-end process optimizations.
  • Ensure that media plans get executed as expected.
  • Responsible for designing, planning, and executing multivariate communication tests.
  • Contribute by presenting insights to the senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Confidence to take up challenges that seem intimidating for everybody else.
  • Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results.
  • Organization skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
  • Skilled in problem solving and project management.
  • Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive with a history of taking courses/lessons to get new skills, since the digital ecosystem is always in constant change.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent digital marketing competence across search, display, paid media and measurement.
  • Education: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
