Eaton's ES AMER PCS PCD division is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist.

**Job Summary**:

This position is based at our Ciudad Juarez facility. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the implementation, control, and coordination of activities related to key product characteristics, processes, and materials, including specific customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Monitor and control assembly processes.
  • Evaluate statistical data.
  • Initiate and follow-up corrective actions.
  • Lead analysis of customer complaints.
  • Prepare and carry out presentations to customers.
  • Evaluate the quality of products in customers' locations.
  • Coordinate the sorting and containment of faulty or suspicious finished products.
  • Communicate potential problems to support teams.
  • Establish acceptance criteria for cosmetic matters.
  • Participate in validation of equipment and MSA studies.
  • Participate in the production of quality system documents.
  • Support assembly processes in quality-related points.
  • Provide feedback to internal and external customers.
  • Supervise and evaluate activities of auditors.
  • Assure follow-up to quality procedures.
  • Follow up on PAPP compliance.
  • Evaluate and approve engineering and PCR changes.
  • Elaborate quality metrics for managerial review.
  • Receive and notify results of laboratory tests.
  • Comply with quality and environment standards (applicable).
  • Provide support and training to personnel under their charge, as required.
  • Perform all activities generated due to changes, necessity, and/or improvement in the process of the area.
  • Complain Company's Quality System requirements.
  • Complain Company's Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

**Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's Engineering Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality manufacturing environments.
  • Quality Core Tools Knowledge and experience (Applied statistics, control plans, QRQC, Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Knowledge of reading electrical diagrams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

  • Quality Systems Knowledge and experience: QS standards, Quality and Environmental Systems, Quality and environmental procedures, and/or instructions of the area, Quality Criteria, Structuring and production of procedures.
  • MS Office handling.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience with electrical products such as drives and VFDs.
  • Experience managing meetings and teams.
