Inalfa, a world-leading supplier of OEM automotive roof systems, is seeking a highly skilled Quality System Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable automotive regulations and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Schedule and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management system standards.
- Manage and close non-conformities and findings from audits in conjunction with the responsible team.
- Manage internal deviations and ensure their closure within established timeframes.
- Generate management reports on compliance with the quality management system, ensuring timely submission.
- Ensure the quality management system is up-to-date and accessible on the SharePoint platform.
- Disseminate updated documents to the multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Schedule and lead management reviews to ensure compliance with quality management system standards.
- Support the company in understanding and complying with regulations and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
