**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the preparation and disposal of non-conforming materials

• Lead root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams and generate quality metrics reports (Yield)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

**Requirements:**

• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field

• Availability to work flexible hours

• Basic knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why)

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

• Knowledge of IPC 610 application

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office
