Job Summary:This role is responsible for analyzing product claims data, reporting on quality metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to drive quality improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in manufacturing or quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Data analysis and reporting on quality metrics, including PPMs, ICQ, and COPQ.
- Root cause analysis and project management to coordinate CARs, SCARs, A3s, and Eng projects with different organization teams.
- Present monthly testing results to various areas of the organization, including Operations Business Unit, Plant Director, Design Engineering Manager, SBUs Quality Leaders, and Design Engineering Leads.
- C Coordinate customer visits and participate in improvement projects.
- Actively drive customer quality improvement programs as well as advanced products quality planning for new products (APQP / safe launch).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Manufacturing/quality positions in HVAC-related industry knowledge of DOE, SPC, Minitab, Control Plan, AMEF, 8D, ISO-9001.
- Problem-solving, organizing, planning, self-driven, organized, customer-oriented, high integrity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
