Trade Surveillance Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Trade Surveillance team at Metrio. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing efficient and high-quality client services to financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system.
- Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other server/data management tools.
- Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes.
- Work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve our client experience.
Requirements:
- Previously worked with Linux terminal. Work with data extraction a plus.
- Experience in troubleshooting data issues, data conversion and manipulation.
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably from a trading/financial services industry.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of market data, trading data and protocols (i.e. FIX) would be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience working in a globally distributed team.
