Job Title: HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team at Vitechmex Nonwovens.

Job Summary:

The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations and managing employee safety in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental hygiene regulations and laws.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and education to employees on HSE procedures and regulations.
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Requirements:
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HSE area.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental hygiene regulations and laws.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Self-time-management and leadership skills.
