Customer Service Leader for IKEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Leader to join our team at IKEA.
About the Role:
- You will report to the Customer Contact Centre Manager Mexico and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction across all contact channels.
- You will gather customer feedback to improve the shopping experience and provide regular updates to your manager.
- You will lead and manage the Operation Team, including recruitment, coaching, mentoring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- You will work closely with stores to provide excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
- You will initiate development activities to ensure customers receive friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable support.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for home furnishings and customer service.
- Problem-solving, coaching, mentoring, negotiation, and building trustful relationships are essential skills.
- You should be self-reliant, motivated, calm, empathetic, and customer-focused.
- You must have a strong understanding of business processes and customer perceptions.
