Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F5 Supervisor to join our team at Aptiv Plc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the TJ Flow 5 engineering team and overseeing the development of continuous improvements projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the TJ Flow 5 engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements projects to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering changes.
  • Provide support to operations teams as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
