About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales team at Kellanova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Traditional Channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure we meet our volume objectives.
- Route Optimization: Analyze and optimize our routes to maximize client visits and new business opportunities.
- Workforce Development: Train and develop our workforce to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
