Cancer Cell Therapy Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cancer Cell Therapy Associate to join our team at the Cellular Performance Institute. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a crucial role in developing protocols for cell products used in the treatment of cancer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research experiments to develop new cell products for cancer treatment
• Document new processes and develop SOPs and batch records
• Assist the director with onboarding new equipment, reagents, and processes
• Operate flow cytometry, cell counting, and other equipment related to experimental workflows
• Maintain training necessary for cGMP cell manufacturing
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Quality, Genomics, Regulation, and Facilities
• Participate in technology transfer to cell manufacturing
• Participate in goal setting, KPI tracking, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and lean manufacturing principles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or related sciences
• Experience in cell culture and flow cytometry
• Basic understanding of immunology and/or oncology or cancer biology
• Previous experience working in a cleanroom cell manufacturing environment
• Experience working with dendritic cells, T or NK cells, CAR T cells, lentiviral manufacturing, cell electroporation, or co-culture assays

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5:30PM

Salary:

$31,081.20 MXN gross monthly
