Job Overview
You will report to our Mexico's In Store Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include guaranteeing the execution of our commercial strategy and Perfect Store KPIs through our 3rd party merchandisers agency, and the team of supervisors and merchandisers assigned to them. You will also plan and ensure the fulfillment of work plans, optimizing visit routes for supervisors and merchandisers.
Key Responsibilities
• Do KPI follow-up and opportunity detection such as Sell Out, Inventories, Days of inventory, products without sale, and Perfect Store execution monitoring.
• Prepare execution reports, manage the dispersion of POP material, and conduct sales analysis.
• Guarantee the delivery of all necessary tools to the supervisors and merchandisers.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following capabilities and experience:
• Experience in FMCG (Massive Consume) companies is a must.
• 1-2 years of experience in Modern Trade.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales analysis (Point of Sales).
• Curiosity in understanding business drivers and adding value through insights.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Experience with merchandisers in point of sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, including dynamic tables and analysis.
• Basic or intermediate English to respond to emails and prepare presentations.
