Security Clerk Role Overview

This role reports directly to the Site Security Manager and is based in Ensenada, BC, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing global security programs and managing security incidents according to their scope.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts and maintains worksite Security Risk Assessments (SRA)
  • Ensures POS availability and updates
  • Develops and delivers site security inductions and records them
  • Participates in setting up emergency response and incident management structures for the site
  • Takes physical security measures as required for site security in Projects & Facilities
Corporate Responsibilities
  • Provides support to OC, Project, Local Security correspondents, and managers on topics under their responsibility
  • Participates in a global security network animation on topics under their responsibility
  • Supports training the security network on global security programs under their responsibility
About You

We're looking for someone with a Diploma or Professional Degree in Security, Crisis Management, or Business Continuity, or related experience in the security field. You should have good knowledge of security environments and regulations, excellent written and oral communication skills, and fluency in English.

Requirements
  • Experience in implementing physical, technical, and procedural security measures at worksite level
  • Basic knowledge of emergency and incident management
  • Capacity to deliver security training at worksite level
