About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Continuous Monitoring Project, focusing on the Purchase to Pay (PTP) process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing monitoring dashboards and scorecards to ensure the effectiveness of our PTP process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of business cases for PTP and AP Celonis agenda in PMF, leveraging opportunities with LATAM markets.
- Evaluate employees' risk awareness and coordinate training as needed.
- Identify and coordinate improvements in the PTP process to meet variance commitments for every single indicator objective (KPI).
- Measure and document the benefits and targets of Celonis and automation implementations in PMF to replicate in other markets.
- Boost a culture of continuous improvement that meets or exceeds local and LATAM sector expectations.
- Establish clear performance and behavioral expectations for all players in the PTP process, avoiding silo working and fostering proportional ownership.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist the team in solving operational issues or risks.
- Deliver effective change management, driving business changes while minimizing impacts and avoiding contingencies/risks.
- Foster benchmarking against countries from LATAM, other sectors, and other similar companies in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- SAP experience (at least 2 years)
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Excellent analysis and reasoning skills
- High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
- Experience working with data analytics or automation tools
