About the Role:



  • Assist the Indirect Procurement Manager in purchasing activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor purchase orders, escalate issues, and communicate supply problems that may impact business operations.
  • Deliver updates, reports, and briefs as required.
  • Develop innovative purchasing processes.
  • Perform other procurement duties assigned.

About You:



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Bilingual, proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
