Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT infrastructure services, maintaining a fit-for-purpose infrastructure, and driving continuous improvements. You will work closely with local and global teams to support and upgrade IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with ITIL Service Level Management objectives and participating in Security and Risk Management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and monitor infrastructure performance, addressing risks and issues proactively.
- Manage network services, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and access points.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL Service Level Management objectives and participate in Security and Risk Management activities.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to support and upgrade IT infrastructure.
- Cisco Certification CCNA or CCNP required.
- Proven operational experience in IT infrastructure support with proficiency in Local and Wide Area Networks.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Experience with Cisco and Aruba Network Equipment, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and RSA.
- Experience with Cisco IPT.
- Additional certifications in network technologies.
- Knowledge of advanced network protocols and design.
