**Job Summary:**



We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Flowserve Corporation.



The Estimator will be responsible for determining materials costs to manufacture equipment in coordination with manufacturing, lab test, finance, quality, logistic, purchasing and supplier’s development departments. This will include estimation of pump’s cost, analyzing shipping arrangements, and providing complete responses to Commercial Operations and/or Sales Offices including alternative pricing and lead time clarifications to commercial terms.



The ideal candidate will have strong skills on hydraulics and centrifugal pumps, high communication skills and interpersonal abilities, and a BS or BA Degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.



**Responsibilities:**




  • Determine materials costs to manufacture equipment
  • Estimate equipment’s cost based on standard rates and customer specifications
  • Analyze shipping arrangements
  • Provide complete responses to Commercial Operations and/or Sales Offices


**Requirements:**




  • Strong skills on hydraulics and centrifugal pumps
  • High communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • BS or BA Degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of relevant experience


**Preferred Experience:**



Previous experience on a similar activity is desired but not mandatory.
