About the Role

TC Energy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing employee requests, processing invoices, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee requests, including status changes, new hires, and personnel changes.
  • Process invoices, verify accuracy, request approval, code, and send.
  • Process payments, configure providers, and obtain coding information.
  • Configure purchase orders and prepare expense reports for cost centers.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including reservations and expense reports.
  • Provide general and specialized information on departmental support functions.
  • Manage office equipment, custody services, and workspace issues.
  • Manage files, maintain records archiving systems, and manage meetings.
  • Assist in preparing documents and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Format, compile, and print documents.
  • Coordinate with facilities services companies for office supplies and materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in office administration or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software, including SAP and Workday.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting/financial processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
