Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst for Mexico is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing all activities related to supply chain management. This includes coordinating transportation, inventory management, intercompany purchases planning, and overseeing international trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee product supply for Mexico to various levels of the supply chain, distribution centers, distributors, and end customers according to the forecast plan.
  • Analyze demand planning and implement techniques to enhance inventory turnover rates.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chain operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep the finance team informed about potential risks and expenses incurred monthly by SCM.
  • Ensure the commercial team is informed about available inventories and transportation status.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products are sent to the distribution network in optimal conditions.

Requirements

  • Technical skills in SAP ECC SDSAD MM and PP (desirable) and SAP analytics Cloud (desirable).
  • Knowledge in inventory management and financial understanding.
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and possess customer-centricity.
  • Self-management, a liking for challenges, negotiation, and leadership skills.
