A & J Processing S. De R.L. De C.V. is seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to oversee all environmental, health, and safety functions within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant Mexican regulations and developing safety programs to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee all EH&S functions, including safety protocols and procedures, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Develop and implement safety programs to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Serve as liaison with Mexican regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with management to build and maintain a positive company culture
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Mexican regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement training programs for employees on EH&S procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents
• Develop and implement emergency response plans
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. environmental science, occupational health and safety)
• 5+ years of experience in EH&S management
• Strong knowledge of Mexican regulations and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
