- Project Management: Manage the portfolio of projects related to technology, strategy, or regulation in the TS&CO operational direction, serving as a liaison with specialized areas such as Control, Global Teams, Compliance, Technology, or Finance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in project definition sessions to ensure that project requirements are met, and engage with stakeholders or workgroups to ensure project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and issues, escalating problems and inconsistencies in assigned activities, and follow up on the execution of mitigation actions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Validate project documentation in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Excellent teamwork and supervision skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
