**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Commodity Planner to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing MRP/APS and planning direct and material procurement for new products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze MRP system to determine orders to be placed according to schedule.
  • Ensure material availability to meet production schedule.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Investigate potential delays and/or quality issues, identify alternative plans, and elevate when necessary.
  • Develop strategies to increase inventory turns and align with production rate.
  • Identify and engage with internal functions as needed to meet customer/supplier expectations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience +3.
  • Effective communicator (verbal, written).
  • Previous experience in the area.
