Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics Educator to join our team at Teach Away. As a Mathematics Educator, you will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to Middle and High School students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to Middle and High School students
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Experience teaching Mathematics to Middle and High School students
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom
- Experience with project-based learning and inquiry-based instruction
