About the Role:

Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company that has digitized payments for more than 4,000+ clients in over 140 currencies across 240 countries and territories around the world. We're on a mission to deliver the world's most important and complex payments, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Strategic Partner Managers in the EDU LATAM region.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with existing partners in the region, meeting and driving alignment on agreed partnership outcomes, and maximizing partnership potential by implementing relevant training and standard operating procedures for partners and Flywire's client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will involve:

  • Developing a market-specific partner strategy that aligns with the region's annual revenue goals
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with existing partners in the region
  • Meeting and driving alignment on agreed partnership outcomes
  • Maximizing partnership potential by implementing relevant training and standard operating procedures for partners and Flywire's client-facing teams
  • Generating monthly and/or quarterly pipeline reports for partners
  • Creating and delivering regular partnership performance reviews to identify mutually appealing opportunities for growth and to drive further value for Flywire clients
  • Calculating revenue share and coordinating with Finance to send payments to partners
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs for the EDU partnership program

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in partnership management, business development, partnership program success or relationship management
  • Understanding of the LATAM Education market, specifically the EdTech landscape
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Experience in building strategic relationships or consultative sales, with the ability to build rapport quickly and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions
  • Passion for and commitment to business success, with a tested ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing competing priorities
