About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Procurement Finance Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Global Operations - Procurement Finance FP&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE) organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly latest estimates in partnership with global and domestic category leads.
  • Support contract management process, including review and approval of contracts, contract logs, obligation reporting, and related SOX controls.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of business information and insights to stakeholders.
  • Report supplier diversity spend across PepsiCo US Business Units.
  • Engage with key internal stakeholders, including the Supplier Diversity team, Global Procurement commercial teams, Financial Planning, Control and Systems Support.
  • Support submissions for company recognition awards related to supplier diversity, troubleshoot, and maintain reporting integrity across various systems.
  • Develop knowledge of the supplier diversity supplier base and its impact on driving business results and fulfilling performance objectives.
  • Create analysis and reporting models to tell the story with data.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on business performance and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2-3 years of finance experience with FP&A experience.
  • Advanced English level, excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, high level of proficiency with systems, processing large volume data, and interfacing with corporate reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of minority spend space a plus.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to create accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence others.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities.
